Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage the target audience.
  • Produce high-quality assets that adhere to design guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including images, illustrations, and infographics, to enhance marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing design elements to fit different platforms and formats, optimizing content for different channels.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and other team members to align visual elements with written content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Keep track of project progress and communicate updates to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent with the brand’s image and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to marketing or advertising.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to translate marketing concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Familiarity with digital design best practices and the ability to optimize graphics for web and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends, software, and technologies.
