Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Allocate design tasks and resources efficiently, balancing workload and priorities within the team.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Lead by example by creating high-quality and impactful designs, contributing to the team’s creative output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10 years) as a senior designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing design teams.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
