Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Generate innovative design concepts that address user problems and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and iterate on design ideas.
- Create wireframes, sketches, and prototypes to visualize concepts and gather feedback.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure seamless navigation and clear communication of product features.
- Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
- Conduct usability testing to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Iterate designs based on test results and user input.
- Create visually appealing and consistent design elements, including typography, colors, and icons.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and visual assets for various devices and platforms.
- Ensure brand guidelines and design principles are maintained throughout the product.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Clearly communicate design rationale and concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into design decisions.
- Experience with usability testing and user testing methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions to user and business challenges.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
